Business & Digital Services Policy Phillips Tech Solutions Service Scope Phillips Tech Solutions provides digital services including social media setup, page optimization, advertising setup, and ongoing social media management. Services are designed to help businesses improve their online presence and reach potential customers through platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels. Service Setup & Access Clients may be required to provide access to their existing social media accounts, business profiles, or advertising platforms in order for services to be completed. Phillips Tech Solutions will use this access strictly for the purpose of performing agreed services and will not modify account ownership or permissions without client approval. Content Creation & Posting Content created as part of social media services may include graphics, text posts, announcements, and promotional materials. Posting frequency and content types will be based on the selected service package or agreement. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving content when approval is required before publishing. Advertising Campaigns Advertising services may include campaign setup and targeting configuration. Advertising budgets are not included in service fees unless stated otherwise. Clients are responsible for paying advertising platform fees directly to the platform provider. Deposits & Payments Digital service projects or setup services over $200 may require a deposit before work begins. Monthly service plans must be paid in advance for each billing cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, branding materials, logos, and any required media needed to complete the services. Delays in receiving necessary information may delay project completion. Results Disclaimer While Phillips Tech Solutions works to improve online visibility and engagement, specific results such as increased sales, followers, or customer leads cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside our control including market conditions and platform algorithms. Service Changes & Cancellation Clients may request service changes or cancellations with at least 7 days notice before the next billing cycle. Services already completed or in progress may not be refundable. By booking or purchasing digital services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
