Service Description

Get patient, one-on-one tech help by phone or online for common technology issues, all from the comfort of your home. No pressure, no jargon, just clear explanations and real solutions. We can help with: Wi-Fi and internet issues Smart TVs, streaming apps, and remotes Phones, tablets, and computers Email and account setup Device reconnecting or setup “It was working yesterday” problems What to expect: Up to 45 minutes of focused support Help using the devices you already own If the issue can’t be fully resolved during the session, we’ll explain next steps clearly and honestly, including whether an in-home visit is recommended.


Cancellation Policy

Service Policy Phillips Tech Solutions Service Calls & Diagnostics All mobile service calls include diagnostic evaluation of the reported issue. The service call fee covers travel time and initial troubleshooting only. Repair costs, parts, upgrades, and additional labor are quoted separately and require customer approval before work begins. Service call fees are non-refundable once a technician has been dispatched. Estimates & Pricing Estimates are valid for 7 days. Final pricing may change if additional issues are discovered during repair or installation. No additional work will be performed without approval. Parts, hardware, batteries, GPS units, and materials are billed separately unless otherwise stated. Deposits & Special Orders Projects over $200 may require a 50 percent deposit to secure scheduling and order materials. Special-order items must be paid in full prior to ordering. Fleet and multi-unit services may require deposits based on scope. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a $75 fee. No-shows will be charged the full service call fee. Customer Responsibilities Customers must provide safe and clear access to the work area. Electrical systems, batteries, network connections, and equipment must be accessible. Pets must be secured. Phillips Tech Solutions reserves the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe. Fleet & Commercial Services Fleet maintenance, multi-unit battery replacement, GPS installations, and commercial services may require written approval or service agreements. Volume pricing applies only when services are completed during the same scheduled visit. Warranty Labor is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of service and covers workmanship only. This does not include manufacturer defects, pre-existing issues, misuse, environmental damage, or normal wear and tear. Parts and equipment are subject to manufacturer warranties. Liability Phillips Tech Solutions is not responsible for pre-existing structural issues, hidden damage, corrosion, design flaws, or equipment failure unrelated to workmanship. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Payment Terms Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods: Cash and Cash App. Failure to remit payment may result in collection fees and suspension of services.
